It turns out that Kawasaki's Ninja 500R, known as the EX500 and Gpz500R in the rest of the world, does not come with a clock. How am I supposed to know how long I've been riding? Worse yet, how do I know that, after telling my Very Significan Other that I was going to buy a quart of milk, it's not two weeks later? The answer: buy a $3.99 LCD clock at Canadian Tire and install it on the dash. It's attached with an hook-and-eye strip, so I can remove it when I wash the bike.
